Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving your order.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Information

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

  • Tracking information will be provided where available.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
